Jake Schlabach founded this company in 2001 on quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and creative solutions to unique situations. With over 40 years in the construction industry Jake has pretty much done it all! From full house remodels to 100’ tall concrete grain silos and everything in between, his knowledge of home construction and general building practices allows us to accurately assess problems and suggest innovative solutions to issues around the home.

Ben Schlabach is excited to carry on this legacy after taking over the business in 2023 as Jake enjoys his retirement. Ben is eager to share his passion for design and attention to detail in your home. He is looking forward to providing our clients with the same level of care into the next generation!
